At the 2025 Spring Into The Summer Singers event, The Summer Singers unveiled a 5-Year Strategic Plan to act as a guide for growth to the current and future Boards of Directors. This plan outlines major goals to accomplish by the end of the fifth year, the 2029 Season. Some of the most prominent goals are:

• Hire Additional Staff

• Transition Board of Directors to a Governance Model

• Grow and Diversify Funding

  • Individual Revenue

  • Institutional and Grant Funding

  • Other Earned Income

• Media Strategy Supporting Organizational Growth
